“Today, the Court issued clarifying guidance about the Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) related to DOGE employees and DOGE activities at the Social Security Administration (SSA). Therefore, I am not shutting down the agency. President Trump supports keeping Social Security offices open and getting the right check to the right person at the right time. SSA employees and their work will continue under the TRO.”

I paid into social security from age 16 (1963) until I retired at age 62 (2009). I assumed, like a life insurance policy, that I would get the benefits of paying into the system all these years. My whole existence relies on receiving social security. It’s very scary to realize this can be taken away.

My mother is 94 years old. She would notice and complain if her check was not deposited. I am also on social
Security. Please do not steal my money. Money that I contributed. If I don’t receive my money it amounts to theft by the unelected and unqualified numbskulls who fraudulently managed to ingratiate themselves into positions of power.

Nice try! The judge didn’t “clarify” anything; he told you that your actions were out of line and your reading of his original order was inaccurate. We are not stupid. Your original claim that you would prevent all employees of Social Security from accessing confidential records and thus essentially shut down the agency was just exhibiting the petulance of a toddler. Grow up!

Since 2013 I’ve been trafficked treated with contempt called a liar my wife and I have. Both asked for a full accounting at least 25 times since 2013 I had a senator a city council’s and numerous complaints to pig with one call returned 3 days after trumps election my ss# no longer gains me access to verify me nor my banks . My gf was an fbi agent ? Never new him I found out I was adopted but can’t be told due FOIA my name is on it but now it’s classified it has shut my life down and if that wasn’t enough they gave my said ssi and other benefits to an imposter but they won’t tell me that and my local government said it’s a very very complicated matter I should call an attorney of which since 2017 over 85 attourneys have turned me down or just ignored me altogether a little justice would be nice for a protected person!

You were never authorized to “shut down” this agency to begin with. RESIGN NOW before we force you.

These are the fewest words in any blog post you have made. What do you want? What does Trump want?. What does Doge Want? If Trump wanted to keep all agencies open, instead of leaving many in an agency dessert, a TRO would not be needed. Might you also comment on having the lowest number of employees in 50 years and justifying firing people. Learning POMS is not a walk off the street type position, I hope you understand that. Read a few and read their examples, without the examples the legaleese hides what should be done.

Your ridiculous threat to shut down the agency (what does that mean anyway?) is pure political sycophancy. Good thing for us all somehow you came to your senses. Why would you ever think an order to not give PII to DOGE would mean all SSA employees? Purposeful nonsense by you.

If I’m reading this correctly Acting Commissioner Dudek would have shut down the agency if there were no TRO?
