New Resource for Individuals Who Provide Care

During National Caregivers Month, we recognize and celebrate caregivers who provide comfort and care for people of all ages living with disabilities and illnesses.
We work closely with caregivers who serve as representative payees and oversee Social Security or Supplemental Security Income benefits for beneficiaries who are unable to manage their own benefits. To make it easier for these caregivers to do business with us, we created a Representative Payee Portal. The portal provides a convenient way for individual representative payees with a personal my Social Security account to manage direct deposit, wage reporting, and annual reporting for their beneficiaries.

Pardon the grammar errors, spelling etc, it’s late, I hit the post before proof reading. Its a long sad truthful story of misjudgment perpetrated by really messed up people
They may have destroyed my family, business, had me deported from another country, where I was wrongfully imprisonments, injured, etc etc
But My faith in the Holy Spirit is Who , when it’s my Time, I will go in confidence of a life spent trying to do the right things in life

1963, at 18 yrs old in Navy, I was kidnapped by a paternity fraud artist much older than myself, Shortly after meeting her, sho got me to help her return expensive small appliances to department stores throughout Malls from Milwaukee to Chicago area, said her dad had a problem buying things that she and her mom had to return. She had the sales receipt. After a couple months and near $20,000 1963 Dollars, I told Her I wanted nothing to do with it after They explained it was a buy one, steal one , and return two. They told me I was already guilty, then showed me news information that clearly stated it was a misdemeanor and department stores just increased prices and rarely prosecuted IF they discovered the scheme. Then they showed me where 24% was placed in a bank account since I began to help them, $5,000 which was mine SUPPOSEDLY, so I halted her until I got out of navy where I was trained incredibly to be a team member, converting clerical files over to Unit Record Equipment 1st generation Electronic Computer IBM Model 1401 etc etc. they used half of my account to buy an unfinished hole in West Bend Wisconsin, My 1st company after Navy, after a year, spending weekends and evening, finishing it off and filling it with furniture, suddenly her and her family created problems for me resulting in my leaving the company, where they rang every phone in the Industrial Engineering Department until They said to stop their calling or leave. The Engineering Dept had near 40 Engineers disrupting our Work.
then She wrecked my new ford Squire Station Wagon, and her dad gave me his new BIG Buick Convertible, THEY SUGGESTED I VISIT MY OLDEST BROTHER IN TEXAS. I was still only 21, and ignored/wasn’t aware the house, which was worth $25/30,000 was their reason for the entire deal, originally they said I was too young and had to be 21 for the Title, I was still 21 and totally unaware of things like that THEN. I went to texas and got a job with an engineering consulting company setting up 1401 computer systems at Texstar Corporation in Grand Prairie Texas. I lived with my oldest Brother and his family for the next 6/7 months next 5 months, then she showed up out of nowhere, rented a nice house, used my brother and mother to make them think she was on the up and up, then setup joint bank account, and a couple months later did her thing, and disappeared back to her parents house, but not before doing it again at Texstar Corp. where my office was next to corporate offices, which she started calling asking for me every 15 minutes. I left without telling my family where I was, she disappeared after doing the check fraud thing. But not before getting me involved in a Diamond Ring Thing after serving me alcohol drinks every night until I went to sleep, the only way to keep me under her control, the HELL this woman created in my life is unbelievable, until 1969, and several other states, 9 more engineering design manufacturing Projects, from Airplanes, Apollo Space Program Subcontracting, appliance, Lift Cranes, bottle and can Processing equipment, automotive hinges, leather goods, Mining Equipment, where she followed me from place to place finding where I was from my Mom, getting free medical insurance from the Industrial Factories where I worked in Engineering Design Manufacturing Marketing, evaluating product design, setting up manufacturing systems, etc. this woman would show up, create an address, get various state ID’s, setup Bank Accounts, all in my name joint accounts, then disappear back to her parents home in Grafton Wisconsin, convincing me if I was listed as married on my resume it would help me get work contracts as I selected 12 Companies to further my interest in engineering design manufacturing and Marketing. I actually resided with her and her children NOT MINE for a short time, she was older and with her families wealth didn’t use my income. As time went on I discovered I wasn’t the only Navy Man and other men she pulled the Paternity fraud on, plus she liked older men, and did whatever she wanted, eventually I quit using her on my resume, after discovering her habit of check fraud, cashing several thousand, then retreating back to her parents house in Grafton, from Texas, California, Iowa, Illinois, and who knows how many other states back before modern information systems. I feel sorry for her family, which is another of her paternity fraud stunts, she and her oldest daughter tried to extort me for money in the 1990’s after I had married a real person in 1973 and had a baby girl in 1974.
I was deported from my Family, Company where I spent 20 years developing, Illegally by Immigration Quebec SEPARATIST GOVERNMENT, who colluded with Sheboygan Judge James Bolgert, a state Judge, who commented Treason by colluding with a foreign power to the detriment of an American Citizen. I didn’t fight the deportation because I was sure it would be easy to end

G) letters of recommendation from 4 Canadian Companies I was instrumental in setting up.
In 1980 after buying two farms from texas bank . When I went to buy the 1st one, I was arrested at the texas airport, based upon her claim that I abandoned her with child in belly in 1974 more than 2 years after I went to consult at Bell Research Labs, Microsystems International. The worlds first Silicon Foundry where Bell Northern/Northern Electric manufactured the worlds 1st Data Transceiver ( Architecture of our wireless telephones ) or motherboard made up of semiconductors, integrated circuits, etc. I developed the worlds 1st Multivariable Calculus Algebraic Math Platform used as motherboard architecture, which I developed at Manitowoc engineering working for John West, CEO, Which he submitted to Cornell, his Alma Mater, with my permission, without prejudice. The Math Platform is used to create or access a multivariable Matrix of infinite variables, accessed by (“ IF “ AND “ THEN “)search for data on a timeline basis, the math platform enables our searches for data online, either on a timeline or just information basis.
After being arrested I hired a Lawyer/Judge who contacted Wisconsin, Sheboygan, advising them of the Time,Date,discrepancies. They gave me the opportunity of giving them $10,000 to close the case, or wait 6 months in the United States until a trial by jury would be convened, considering my company responsibilities (Settings up my engineering design manufacturing marketing company starting in 1973/4) it was less expensive to pay the extortion. I gave them $10,000 1980.
Never heard from them again until 1991, when I was picked up by Quebec Provincial Police and delivered to Parti Québécois Headquarters, where I was held in a basement cell for 2 weeks, without a phone, then ILLEGALLY ordered deported by a Parti Québécois Immigration Quebec Tribunal without Legal Counsel , Who delivered me to the NY Border where I was picked up and sent to Sheboygan where I was Detained in jail for 8 months after refusing to plead guilty and be released, because of my innocence, because a guilty plea would end my passport privileges.
Now I discovered this woman takings 1/4 of my SS, which My Lawyer Mark Vannucci, a Wisconsin Lawyer, got judge Bolgert to agree to restore my passport privileges if I agreed to give THEM 1/4 of my SS. when I applied for my passport, it was refused, then a few times months later. They have been taking my SS, for what? 20 years, plus $10,000 1980, plus plus plus, My Life, for being 18 years old, from a devout Christian Life KIDNAPPED by a family who were active AMERICA NAZI PARTY MEMBERS
however considering more likely than not we would be little different from each other if we had lived each other’s lives. I find it difficult to judge, delusional families, judges, etc.
After being released from jail judge Bolgert refused to let me work locally, ordering myself and Michelle Davis-Parole agent to Milwaukee, to never sit foot in Sheboygan again. I took a job with carnival saving my money Was robbed while sleeping, I left and in Albuquerque NM, someone tried to kill me, broke my ulna into 7 pieces, the VA put me in hospital for 2 weeks, then to Phoenix Az, where I was in a series of Stints, Shunts, PT several days a week, while setting up my company up in Mesa Az where I was trying to get the $20,000 judge Bolgert stated he would close the case. and restore my passport privileges. My companies in Montreal spent lots of MONEY sending me My BRASS Materials, Plate, rod, bar, bent tube, castings, spinning, stampings, made to my specifications, on my patterns, molds, tooling manufacture my designs.
Suddenly some guy Wisconsin Probation and Parole took over from Michelle whose Married and friend’s family life was messed up when she had to relocate to Milwaukee because she lived in Sheboygan
He arrested me and took me back to Sheboygan before judge Bolgert, when I tried to explain my medical situation and business startup WILLIE SNOWDEN the new parole officer, shut me up and told judge Bolgert that I was lying to try and stay out of jail,he said he checked with the VA and that I served in the military. Judge Bolgert became mad, sentenced me to 4 years, which was discover to be an illegal sentence, I was left in waupan Prison solitary for another 6 months added to the 2 months in Sheboygan solitary.
After I was put into a halfway house, the VA picked me up, after a hassle with the half way house guy, I spent the next Year in a domiciliary and 6 more years in day treatment, my spouse moved on. My suppliers found it difficult to believe anyone would be prosecuted wrongfully and their sons now run the companies where my tooling still exists, Only I can’t go there, my passport privileges denied.
I was diagnosed as paranoid, thinking I was lying, that no judge would find me guilty without proof. When I showed the entire case to American legion and they verified the paternity fraud, advising mr the woman had child 11 months after submitting marriage certificate to get 1/2 my navy pay and I lived onboard base when the child was conceived, plus the next Paternity fraud, when the woman claimed I abandoned her with child in belly 1974, actually gave the child my name in spite of her present marriage with at least 1 guy since 1969, She made the claim, looking scores of years into the future to get my Social Security and trying unsuccessfully to get my military disability, dating back when she and her mom, filed criminal complaints against me Knowing they would put me in mental ward. Her MOTHER WAS A Part Time SERVICE OFFICERS SECRETARY , a VA Administraitor and they knew exactly whet they were doing, in the time before information systems would have exposed her.
In short I knew of her whereabouts from 1963 until 1969 mostly, where she cohabitate with 5 other men whom I knew about, and reportedly was married to at least one man in 1969, which makes her ineligible for social security IF she wasn’t still married to another sailor when she and her parents bought a marriage license in Waukegan Ill. Next to Great Lakes Naval Training Center. There was never a marriage/wedding, only the license. Likely because she didn’t want to be charged with polygamy/bigamy?.
The VA after exposing paternity fraud, filed a compliant with Wisconsin Innocence Project who prepared my case before being fired by Tommy Thompson Wi. Governor. They gave me the file and said to give it to any family lawyer. I gave the case to Mark Vannucci who took it before a federal judge Jones in Milwaukee who subpoenaed Judge Bolgert to federal court 3 times. Bolgert refused to appear, the judge said “I WILL AGREE TO ANYTHING” I left it up to Vannucci to do the right thing, not aware of my rights, which were not explained to me. I was left alone for 6 years, then my SS was seized. Bolgert agreed to take 25% of my SS and give my back my passport privileges, which he failed to do. All my calls to Vannucci go unanswered. He told me to have the case closed, yet doesn’t file the motion
I met with Sheboygan Lawyers and the District Attorney Lawyer, who advise me that the only recourse is too sue them in court, for $25,000 then advise me that If I win in court, they will appeal it into my next lifetime.
My Family, lost engineering design manufacturing marketing company which took 16+ years education/experience to become an industrial artist isn’t replaceable. When their assault began I had industrial Design Studios, in Montreal, Ottawa, Orlando, where I employed more than 10 graduate engineers, designers who catered to the Architectural, Engineering, Designer, Market, making fixtures, furnishing, in lead free brass, a valuable company operating independently from banking and or investing industry.
Designing Manufacturing Marketing new products takes an incredible amount of vertically integrated engineering capabilities that takes a few very lucky people provided the greatest education In youth, and logic, ethics, morality that exists in our Christian Nation, and no where else I am aware of where similar endeavors are hosted by fleets of various engineering specialities .
This troubled family AMERICAN NAZI PARTY after WW2 decided to become as great a burden on America as possible, the only family member who ever worked was the mother who got a job at the VA to study ways and means of fraud. Multiple marriages, children, likely a life of welfare where upon close examination would reveal multiple properties, and a woman with children used to continue a life of petty crime. This woman is careful to put someone else out front performing what was once misdemeanors when check fraud was a state venue, more likely than not her children were/are used in a life of petty crime. Its sad, personally I absolutely refuse to deal with any of them.
Bolgert refused all evidence that would have ended this travesty against a disabled veteran Before it began. I should have been able to return to my business and family, free from threats, from a family of crime, which was a life forced upon her as a child in a family of AMERICA HATE.
I just want some form of justice, at least ending this Social Security Fraud. More likely than not, she has possibly hidden the assets, through some family member supposedly squandering what is really millions, the property’s of 3 different Vogt, Mass, and another aunt, whereby the woman who called herself Carol Vogt when she trapped me into a phony paternity fraud claim, her mom calling my mom telling her I impregnated her child, a total LIE, then having me put into mental ward with carefully worded complaints to confuse me with time. I went for near 50 years before the American Legion and Innocence Project connected the dates, time spans, etc.
Yet I am still a deadbeat dad of record, another innocent victim whereby a sitting judge refuses Blood Tests or DNA which would have ended the case.
I am still Sane, 75 years old, alone in a world of injustice, denied Truth. Still

Does this include a wife family care givers as my daughter’s husband had an aynuresum & stroke at the age of 47 in Nov, 2015. He requires 24 /7 care from his wife as can do very little and only feed himself. Due to his care she is unable to work out side the home, where is the monetary help for her. He does receive ss disability . It is now Nov 2019 and she is still his only care giver. The sorry fact is our government gives millions & freebees in aid, health care, housing to those not here in this country legally .

I have been taking care of my 93 year old mother since her stroke 10 years ago. The last 5 1/2 years (since 7/01/2014) my mother has become 100% Maximum Assist. I take care of her in our home and I work. Even though I have 2 older sisters that have not helped in the last 6 years or longer and I have a step brother that helped me for 2 years I have had no help at all for the last 3 1/2 years. I do not know if I qualify for the information in this email. I do have a “My Social Security” account. What help can you offer me. I broke my back on May 1st this year and need to have invasive spinal surgery but I have no way of taking care of my mother during recovery.

I’m partly disabled myself,,, mostly mental behavioral,,and as of recent discovery I have acute liver damage,,,, I take care of my neighbor next door to me he’s 85 he’s very disabled but I feed him I bathe him I clean his house I do everything that somebody certified would do only on that certified I would like to go back to school to get certified so I can take care of him properly

I was denied SSI and SSDI although I provided all necessary information and documents It’s only by the grace of God that I am still alive I have been homeless due to domestic violence and profiling descrimination for about three years recently I got a Live in Volunteer Care Provider Position For a Disabled Veteran who has Parkinson’s from Agent Orange I can barley take care of myself never the less I was born Disabled since then I have Chronic PTSD Hereditary Cancer Basocell Karsinoma where I have had two tumors removed from my brain twice in my life I have TBI from domestic violence Strangulation Fibromyalgia IBS Rhumetoid Arthuritis Chronic Pain Dec 2018 I fractured my back in a slip and fall accident that was not my fault My companion animal was killed and she might just still be alive if I hadn’t have been discriminated against at the Hope Center in Sweet Home Oregon What in God’s name should I do? My best friend was Brutally Murdered shot to death May 11 2019 and they still don’t know who killed him More tramatic events that are keeping me in this redicules town where I am a total oversight and nobody gives a crap about What do I do?

I am disabled and limited for what I can do. While I’m able to do my finances I am unable to do several things like laundry cooking shopping driving I have respiratory problems that limit ranger how far can walk not far. How do I get a person who is able to do that? I have a person but I feel that this she should be paid. She also make sure that I take my medication and my respiratory needs. As I lay here in bed I don’t like it but that’s how it is. Thank you

I am on disabilit, on oxygen and in a wheelchair. I will be 60 in Dec. I needed help with housekeeping and somedays i can only lay in bed. I applied thru Council on Aging for my daughter to be paid to take care of me. She lives with me and provides housekeeping, laundry, shopping, runs errands, wherever I need help. This program is a Godsend!

My wife has MS. She is still working an just turned 59, so she is not eligible for social security. I’m 70, an obviously draw SS. I am the person that makes sure that she crosses the ts an dots the is. Do her or I qualify for added benefits. Just asking.. Thanks.

Unfortunately, most people think of resources as money to take care of someone, not the representative payee program.
