Your whole process is a joke. I have severe COPD along with Anxiety, agoraphobia, and panic disorder. went through your whole process and the alj judge denies my claim. even after the doctors and psychologist say I can’t work!! NOW IF I HADN’T WORKED MY ENTIRE LIFE AND MY DISABILITY CHECK WASN’T SO HIGH YOU WOULD HAVE APPROVED ME!! Along with all that she twisted my words to benefit her narrative!! I will pray for this woman for the harm that she has invoked on my family!!

My wife applied for Social Security this month. We did not realize that original copies of Birth Certificate and other documents were required when she posted her application on line. We are out of the country now until early April. We assume her application will be denied given all documents are in California at our home. Are there things she can do to make sure she doesn’t lose her opportunity to apply? Will she have to re-apply? Thank you in advance for your response.

Where do I send my appeal? I have 60 days to file but can’t find a address and now it’s going to be late… I’ve been in the hospital. This is so hard

I applied for Retirement Benefits on August 08, 2019 and I had been rejected without reason (I was qualified for benefits I had more than 40 working credits) The denial came fast. At the end of October, I complied at that decision and still did not get answer. I want to continue this process. Can I ask for hearing before Administrative Judge before I got answer from SSA.

I have been denied several times for disability, I am about
to be homeless again for the 3rd time. I am very worn out, I am staying in a 1967 trailer with no refrigerator and no stove. Jerry Norton is who I reside with he recently had a 5 day hospital stay, with a huge blood clot in his lung, nearly died he doesn’t have long to live. I am asking
SSDI TO CONSIDER ME. Thank you

Explain to me how you deny a veteran who got t boned by a ford excursion going 65 into my motorcycle destroying my pelvis and left leg that doesnt work anymore who’s recovery is going to be over a year and that’s maybe if I get my leg function and feeling back. I have permanent rods in throughout the center of my bones in my left leg including on my pelvis yet you deny me because I can use my hands, back, and right leg. If you’re so confident that I can get a job then find one for me. Let me know a business or corporation willing to hire a legless veteran with ptsd? Oh you cant but you’ll deny me because I can work? Said who? My doctor doesnt even know for sure if I can walk again and he said that in the notes. Please explain to me how this is right? I have no money or income coming my way. The country I serve just chews me up and spits me away after sacrificing my body and mind to protect this beautiful country. Then people wonder why human beings turn into savages and do the unthinkable in the world. Hey government stop worrying about impeaching a president and start fixing actually united states citizen problems in the world. Sincerely a devoted united states citizen. Semper fi.
