I cannot set up my online social security account. I cannot put anything in the middle initial box because I do not have a middle name. It insists that I enter something in the middle initial box or it will not allow me to continue. What should I do. I’ve tried putting nothing in the box, N/A, a dash, and a zero. An online representative suggested using Safari instead of Chrome to fill out my application for my online account. I had the same results. I also tried using somebody else’s phone and filling it out on a laptop. No luck with that either. Somebody please help!
