    These private workers compensation insurance companies have been a burden on the Social Security disability program. The private workers compensation insurance companies make their claimants file for Social Security disability to offset their lost. They make the US taxpayers pay for their insurance policies.

    Those workers compensation doctors are as bad as the car accidents doctors with their phony back, shoulder, arm, leg injury and pain. The workers compensation doctors’ diagnosis and impairment rating are not worth a penny.

    Stop letting the private workers compensation insurance companies take advantage of the US taxpayers money. Almost all the workers compensation claims are impairment ratings and not disability ratings. The workers compensation medical records evaluated their impairment and not their disability.

    Then you have non-attorney representatives like ALLSUP working for the private insurance companies to recover their money. The private workers compensation insurance companies cannot use attorneys because it will be unethical to represent both the insurance company and the claimant.

    I can’t believe the non-attorneys are 97% successful at conning the SSA with these fake workers compensation medical records that only shows an impairment rating and under no circumstances shall be used to determine disability.

Social Security disability is a statutory and regulatory requirements. The determination of disability is reserved for the SSA commissioner.
