The online request for viewing/printing my SSA-1099 results in an error message that says “There has been an unexpected system error. Your login session has been terminated.” This error occurs whether I am on my desktop computer or my mobile phone. I have also requested the SSA-1099 to be mailed and I did that 3 weeks ago. It has not arrived. Can anyone explain how I can get a copy of my SSA-1099.

Background: 2 agreements have not been kept, but I shall move on to urgent problem. URGENT PROBLEM: Requested copy of ssa-1099 has not arrived after almost one month waiting. I cannot compute or file my tax return without it. I have had to give up my appointment for preparation help, but need to make new appointment while there are still openings. Desperately need the completed form. Cannot use the computer for this as all of my passwords have been corrupted & computer needs to be checked out. Phone call to listed number gets me put on 1 hour 30 minute wait. (Millions need work & are paid unemployment, but are not allowed to work helping with this phone backlog!) Please help with getting missing ssa-1099.

I have been trying to register on My SSS account. It is not easy, after so many attempts I thought I finally completed . I have received that account successfully completed . Try to log in and it says I need to finished my account. How frustrating. I called SSS and was on hold for 2 hours. Joan the representative was very impatience . I wish they would have not make it so complicated. Another red tape you need to go through. Request for a copy of my 1099 and says it will be easier if I register. That was so easy to say.

I can’t create an account of social security because I don’t have credit card and others necessary financial details. I want to create my social security account for future purposes. I would be most grateful if you could forward activation code.

We are very sorry for your loss, Harris. Thanks for using our blog to ask your question. The SSA-1099 is mailed in January to the last address in our records and is intended for the spouse or executor of the deceased. If you do not have access to the mail at that address, the executor will need to call the local field office after February 1, 2021. Please look for the general inquiry telephone number at the Social Security Office Locator. The number may appear under Show Additional Office Information. Please be aware that our call wait times are longer than normal. We hope this information helps.

I need a ‘benefit verification letter’ to be mailed to me to show my rental office, I have to do this every year and the one I received back in December is over 120 days old. For some reason am having trouble getting it or rather finding the link to get it sent to me by mail. I get recertified every year and have to have this showing what I get from SSI and SSA. Can you please help me? Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
