  1. In October 2019 and January 2020 I requested online reconsideration of two related retirement benefit overpayment determinations. I have heard nothing. When will I hear?

  2. your letter to check on a claim says to go to socialsecurity.gov/applyforbenefits & select check your claim status. there is no check your claim status on your website. is this just another gov runaround?

  3. It’s now 2020 – i can find no path to track Medicare spousal application on mySSA portal. Every point of entry, including with RealID, leads to a single Overview page, and Help directions describe page contents that aren’t served up, so, succinctly, “you can’t get there from here.” I’m now on 9th phone call this morning, attempting to reach a human rep in Campbell, CA SSA office, tho would appreciate any guidance you can furnish, to access applications and tracking for one in progress. Direct email communication with representatives would simplify the challenge of closed offices, tho that isn’t offered as an option – why?
