  1. On July 17th I requested a letter of earned benefit statement for 2019. As of this date I have not received it even though I was told I should receive it within a week. Since I need this information as soon as possible I was wondering when I would receive it

  2. I’m finding it impossible to sign with the new ID system. I’ve gotten codes taken drivers license photos and a selfie they excepted them all. Then when I try to sign in they want me to do it all over again.
    I just want access to my account!

    • I also have not received my stimulus check or debit card yet. I have had direct deposit with Social Security for years, same bank, no changes in bank, address etc. I qualify and when i go to GET MY PAYMENT on the IRS site it says they do have the information yet. How do I find out if SSA even sent my direct deposit information to the IRS?

  3. Hi. Recently I fell and broke my leg.I had to contract a home health care worker 5 days/week. Is supplemental Soc. Security availablle to me? I am 81 years old !
