  1. When requesting a replacement social security card drivers license is a requirement as proof. If I can’t go into a local social security office do I have to mail my original drivers license card with my request to replace my social security card?

  2. Your website for requesting a replacement card does not work. I have set up an account and tried requesting more than once. It repeatedly says not available at this time or information does not match. I have checked the information and there is no reason why it should not match. Not a workable website. Will be forced to visit the office as I do not trust sending in original documents.
